1. All the silver products we sell are made of 925 silver without lead and nickel. If we break our promise, we will pay 3 times the price of the products.
2. We confirm that all products have been inspected and packaged in good condition before delivery, and provide 180 days of after-sales service guarantee from the date of package receipt.
3. All products are packaged in independent OPP bags. If you need other packaging, please inform us in advance.
4. We will send the parcel in accordance with the promised time. If the delivery date is delayed due to force majeure factors, such as bad weather, natural disaster, epidemic disease and other force majeure factors, it will not fall within the scope of our responsibility.
5. We will confirm the shipping and declaration information with you before the parcel is sent out. After the parcel is sent out, the buyer shall follow up the logistics and actively cooperate with the customs clearance, and bear all the expenses arising therefrom. The loss caused by the buyer’s refusal to sign or not cooperate with the signing shall be borne by the buyer.
6. We will strictly produce customized products according to buyers’ requirements. If there is no quality problem, we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders; In addition, the final delivery number of custom orders may be short or multiple packs within 10% of the order number. Both parties shall settle the payment for the order based on the quantity actually shipped.
7. The product may have color difference due to different shooting light or display screen, you can ask we for a real picture before confirming the order. Once the order is confirmed, the color shall be subject to the actual product, we do not accept the return due to color difference.
